We have Norfolk Dark Chalk Flint available. quarried in the local chalk pit near Norwich the chalk flint is transported to our yard ready for Knapping. Like the Norfolk blue flint, the chalk flint is formed on the sea bed 200million years ago but has a easier life sitting in the chalk. and therefore stays in more unique shapes before we knapp.
 
The flint is a lovely dark colour with some having a blue tone and some with a white rim.
