Whole flint has been used for building for millennia, with examples found in the roman fort Burgh Castle in Norfolk dating to 3rd Century AD. Traditionally it is a material used where ever the flint could be found and is common in the East Anglian counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire, although is also found across the United Kingdom. Whole flint buildings have timeless quality and are appealing many centuries on. ​Our Whole flint is a grey/yellow colour which will brighten any project or build.
